A very beautiful hotel in a stunning location. Clean and comfortable, with upgraded amenities. The staff were friendly. The breakfast offered plenty of options. We were given a free room upgrade. When we left, they prepared a small food package for our journey. I would definitely return here.

Beautiful view on the rice terrace with some buffalos and ducks in it. Nice calm accomodation with super helpful and friendly staff. We became a lot of information what to do and rent us a motorbike directly there to explore sapa. Was a nice stay, thank you.

You feel so at home at Pistachio Hotel. It is located at the heart of Sapa; walking distance to Sun Plaza, Sapa Catholic Church; local restaurants and souvenir shops. The room was excellent, clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Everything was available inside the room. Breakfast was amazing with a variety of choices of sumptuous food. food prices for room service is also cheap. The staffs are so friendly. Ms. Chau (supervisor) is very commendable. She was so helpful and provided us details with regards to weather and the best time to visit Fansipan; where to buy souvenirs at cheap price, etc. She even arrange our transport to Halong Bay and handed us gift and a THANK YOU note. The hotel is well recommended. Given a chance to visit Sapa, we will definitely come back to Pistachio Hotel, it is just perfect!

Absolutely lovely stay in the Sapa at Mountain Queen House! Mr. Kim and his staff made us feel warmly welcome from the moment we stepped in and took such good care of us the entire stay. They took care of the laundry, set us up with tickets to local attractions and arranged a taxi drive whenever needed. Everything was done with such a kindness and expertise. The hotel is located perfectly close to the center but still in a peaceful neighborhood. It is also very beautifully taken care of and super clean. Breakfast was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed it every morning. Nothing but a warm recommendation for this unique hotel! ❤️

- Absolutely luxurious hotel — from the moment we arrived, we were impressed multiple times. - Stunning views and amazing sunsets, with beautifully maintained gardens every morning. - The hotel is very clean, spacious, and elegant — true heritage and luxury feel. - Food options were plentiful and accommodating; my vegetarian friend had plenty of choices. - The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, respectful, and attentive. - Multiple places to have a drink and several restaurants, with helpful maps to navigate the hotel. We also had some amazing cocktails in their restaurant. - Massage and bath facilities were exceptional — especially the bath area, where the staff asked for feedback and literally implemented our suggestions the next day, which was absolutely incredible. The herbal bath there is an absolute must-try. - The hotel is in a very central location, just a few minutes’ walk to the city center, making access very easy. - Staff were proactive and went the extra mile to make our stay perfect and relaxing.

Very good, the room is very clean and new, has carpet and heating system so it is very warm. Going to the cable car station is quite close, there is a private parking space nearby.

A cosy place. Friendly staffs. The room was very clean, huge window to see the view of town , moutain and quite in the central busy town. Few minutes to walk to the restaurants, coffees and Sunplaza. Parking onside. They did very fast laundry service at reasonable price. Vinh very nice man however his English was enough to understood.

First time in Sapa, I found Lan Rung Boutique via recommendation on internet. The location is good, they had the parking lot for my car, the room is amazing with moutain view. TWonderful clean room and lovely helpful staff, especially Ms Nhung, she served us dinner even in the middle night. Thanks Nhung for the best service she did.
