Peaceful and remote location, we rented a scooter from the resort. The staff and particularly the receptionist were amazingly nice, even let us shower after a day of visit before leaving Ninh Binh. Much appreciated, thank you so much guys !

This is the most spectacular hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The surroundings are raw, it is literally in the forest, the forest looks untouched therefore none of the hotel looks out of place, it completely blends with the surroundings. This hotel is absolutely stunning, and just like (if not better) in the pictures. We booked the room with the private pool and it was so charming and with the most stunning of views. Room was clean, with a private bathroom and equipped with all that is needed - towels, soaps etc. It is not in the centre obviously so you have to eat at the hotel’s restaurant but the food is very good (maybe slightly overpriced). There is a lot of places where you can go and hike, we just started walking randomly and found a cute tiny village with the kindest of people around. The hotel staff were sooo kind and helpful. they offered us a variety of excursions which we decided to book one of them - it was a very good excursion (we went to the grottoes, old capital and the lying dragon mountain) - the guide was very informative, very funny and very knowledgeable (sorry forgot the name but he’s the one who loves to photobomb photos 😂🤍 ) All in all, i would recommend this hotel to anyone who loves nature, and a laid back atmosphere (if you don’t like bugs this is not your place). If i’m ever in Ninh Binh again, i would definitely stay here again 🤍 thank you so much for this beautiful experience.

Great location in Ninh Binh! The homestay is the best we have had in Vietnam so far! It has a great outside area to eat and chill, the pool is clean and well maintained! We would argue it is way better than it shows on the pictures. The room was nice and clean. The bed has a mosquito net hanging so that is a nice plus.

This was a beautiful place, clean, the breakfast was perfect and you can get other meals also - which are really good. The owner is amazing, you can also book tours here. We just loved the place. It is close to trang an river tour and the pagodas and also the mua cave, you can rent a bike or a scooter or just take a taxi to tam coc (ride is 170000 d). All in all a perfect stay, would only recommend.

The room vas tidy, clean, and a lot of space. Bathroom clean, hot wather, clean towels. Stuff were extreamly friendy, nice and cared for our satisfaction all the time. We felt like at home. They organized trasportation and pick-ups. Breakfast was very good. You can get drinks there, and the food is very good. The location is very nice, in nature, by the lake and river. You can get bikes there to travel around. If we come to Vietnam, we will definetly take this homestay. I recomend for all people, individual travelers, famillies or bigger groups. In the summer you can relax by the pool and enyoj a perfect scenary. Till now the best place in Vietnam for us.

We decided to quickly leave the busy tourist area after a few noisy nights in Hanoi. Here is what we needed: a lovely and tranquil home, like being lost in a jungle garden, with a nice pool filled with fresh water. We had a really good sleep and woke up to the little birdsong, a peaceful sound. You can get a free bicycle to explore the beauty of Van Long or rent a good scooter to visit other places in Ninh Binh (just 20 to 30 minutes away). Our very helpful host arranged transportation for us from Hanoi. Breakfast was delicious with much variety and also a choice from menu, i am really thankful to Huoan family for all of the help and for all the great meal i tried.

This was one of the best hotels during our stay in Vietnam. The bungalows are cozy and have everything you need. The owner is a very kind person. You can rent a bike on-site. Additionally, the surrounding area is charming - a river, lounge chairs, and decorative lights. In our opinion, 10/10.
