I loved that this resort was located right up against the hills. You could hear the goats bleating which was lovely to hear. You felt so far away from the hustle of the city yet you’re so close. This place was so dreamy and we loved it.

Staff very helpful and so welcoming, Lovely place surrounded by nature, comfy beds, great food and drinks. We stayed one more night to enjoy the 5th hotel's anniversary party, thanks again Kim and Chang for that evening! The family run business is in such a lovely place surrounded by high stones , food was great , free bicycle to go around . We loved the swimming pool, free pool table for the teenage kids to play and the nature that surrounds the homestay . We were stuck due to typoon kajiki but loved our relaxed stay at Trang An with the family .

I recently stayed at Trang An Four Seasons Retreat. The bungalow was excellent, and the atmosphere was peaceful. The service was fantastic! The guy at the reception was responsive and friendly. And of course, the charming dog, Coffee, added to the place’s soul. Before we left, we were given water and snacks for the night bus journey :)

The location within the peaceful Van Long Nature Reserve, and also that everything about this Homestay reflected the thoughtful care and attention to every detail that the host family have in their approach to all that they do: beautiful gardens, clean, comfortable and tasteful room and beautiful fresh food- this was our favourite Homestay of our Vietnamese adventure! The owners went out of their way to ensure we were thoughtfully looked after. Also, as an amateur artist I had a wonderful afternoon of painting tuition from the owner’s sister, completing an acrylic canvas painting of a view of the nature reserve that I had photographed from a bicycle tour in the morning, which I will now have as a wonderful souvenir of our wonderful stay!

Very clean, spacious and well maintained. Location is also a strong point, far enough to be quiet and peaceful but close enough to cycle to some main attractions . Room is pretty big, beds are really comfortable and everything is clean! Shower was a good and hot water lasted for a decent and warm bath. The family running the place is amazing! They will help you with whatever you need. Tours, bus, taxi, scooters…
