Although we did a self check in with easy instructions, the hostess welcomed us personally and made us feel at home. Facilities were in excellent condition and stylish decorated. Garden was a beautiful pass through to the wooden deck with phenomenal views.

Everything. It’s a lovely private space with every facility thoughtfully provided. It’s clean, comfortable and beautifully laid out. It has a lovely bath, and I love a bath! Also has a walk-shower. The host Cora is very warm and can offer lots of advice about the area. She’s also a Reiki and Crystal therapy practitioner if you really want a truly relaxing break purchase her services. It’s just over the road from the amazing beach and there are Ostriches roaming and feeding locally.

We loved everything about our stay. Host communication was excellent, and the cottage was comfortable, luxurious and spotlessly clean, with lots of little personal and thoughtful touches throughout the cottage, and it is situated in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, right by the beach. Very nice house in a gated development. Gardens were very pretty. 2 minutes walk from the beach accessed by a back gate. House is big, walking to the bedroom was a short hike! Situated to the north of the town, but the beach front was easily walkable (15m). Plenty of restaurants near, but check on opening times esp Mon & Tues. Notable ones were Lulas, The Beachhouse restaurant and, for a great atmosphere, Yzer Bru. One feature which was missing from the Booking.com description was the large brick built braai (BBQ) by the pool. Also don't be worried if you put out the wheelie bin on collection day and it disappears. They are all collected at the entrance, emptied, washed and returned later in the day.
