The staff were kind and we were able to get a packed breakfast, as we had to leave very early. Our room had a great view over the castle and we loved the charming town of Alquezar. Free parking was a huge bonus, as it is located in the old town with narrow streets.

She made us feel at home, gave beautiful suggestions for hiking and interesting places and always always with a smile. During the whole stay she and her husband were really accommodating, plesant and generous. Never gave a feeling that they were in a hurry even if we sat late for dinner 🙈 Thank u for a beautiful stay and atmosphere! We are waiting to come back!

Els Llacs has a well-equipped fitness centre, and a spa with hot tub and saunas. The apartment is decorated very nicely, the beds were comfortable, and it's very cosy. The sauna and jacuzzi downstairs was very good, gym was appreciated. Check-in and parking was very easy. Staff were very friendly.
