The room was spacious and they changed our room immediately as we did not want a connecting room. Staff were friendly and had a great sleep with soundproof room and comfortable king size bed. I have no words to describe people working there. Evey person there, from reception, Concierge Desk, security, cleaning staff, pool employees, workers dealing with baggages and doors, restaurant staff...everybody were absolut perfection. Because of people working in Ritz-Carlton, that hotel is a place you feel like you never want to leave and always return. Ms Selvia Kamel and Mr Emad Liddawi are flawless..
