The staff in the main hotel were very nice and helpful. you can do self check-in in the main hotel building (above the parking) or at the apartment building. the room was new, stylish, clean and comfortable. equipped with coffee machine and kettle. the location is amazing, right in the old city center. we had access to the spa area in the main hotel free of charge and got robes at the reception. we had a great stay and wish we could stay for more than one night.

Swimming pool on the roof, view from pool as well from room is to valley, absolutely amazing! Staff! Staff, all staff, reception - manager and her assistants, kitchen - breakfast, restaurant personell - all them is on the right place and they are professionals in this. Everything is excellent managed, they all work as one team. They also were able to give useful reccomendations about activities outside and detailed weather forecast - for better choice to choose location for mountains hiking without clouds. Everything was great. Also there is lovely restaurants nearby and access to mountain lifts are in 10 minutes slow walking (summer time).
