The breakfast was great and the staff exceptionally friendly. We used the spa which was included, which also has a rooftop jacuzzi. We had the loft studio and it was absolutely beautiful. We loved everything about it.

The garden looked very nice, although we did not make use of it due to persistent rain. The hotel is also located very close to the city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back if we ever visit Innsbruck again.

It’s very clean, with super kind and helpful staff. The location is perfect—right in the city center, yet very quiet and peaceful, which made it ideal for our family. The furniture is modern and new, and the rooms are fully equipped with everything you need. The beds were especially relaxing and comfortable. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. Highly recommend!
