The staff at the front desk was very helpful and pretty polite, checking in and out of the hotel was made in less than 5 minutes. Our room was perfectly clean and the sheets/blankets were changed regularly. A/C worked perfectly. Beds were very comfy.Wifi was fast and reliable. Smart TV was a big plus. Elevators were working all the time (there are 3 of them), even if you are stationed on a higher floor, you won't be needing more than a minute to reach the ground floor. The underground parking was very convenient since it's basically impossible to park around the hotel: parking spots were wide and properly marked. The location of the hotel is good if you want to reach Golden Sands by car, otherwise it's a solid 15-minute walk to the city center. Overall, one of the best hotels I've stayed at.

The host was incredibly welcoming and friendly, which made our stay even better. Highly recommend this place!

The kitchen is fully stocked with all you might need if you want to cook. There's a washing machine as well so you don't have to wait with laundry until you get home. All in all, this is a definite must-stay when you come to Varna!
