We asked for help to scheduling our whale watching and the Concierge not only made the reservation, he warned us about the day with the best weather conditions for the tour.

Located in Vancouver's West End, this property offers spacious, fully furnished suites with fully equipped kitchens and gas fireplaces, just 3 minutes from Stanley Park. Free WiFi is provided. Very friendly & helpful staff. Good supermarket just across the road, Starbucks on the corner & an exceptionally good 24 hour bakery/cafe around the corner. Lots of eateries in the vicinity & good location. Free shuttle to Capilano Bridge just 5-10 minutes up the same street. But the best places for dining out to us were on the waterfront close to Canada Place; about a 20-25 minute walk away.

I enjoyed walking barefoot on the heated bathroom floors yet the carpet in my room was comfy and inviting to walk on. I particularly liked the fixtures and furnishings in both the living room and bedroom. Of great appeal to me was the cleanliness of the place and the immaculate upscale architecture of the house and gorgeous landscaping of the front entrance.
