Nestled in a prime location, just a short 10-minute drive from the renowned Cup and Saucer trail and a mere 15-minute distance from a stunning waterfall, Twin Peaks offers an ideal base for exploring the island's natural wonders. The convenience of its proximity to these attractions made our visit even more memorable. The property itself is a true gem, exuding rustic charm and tranquility. The well-maintained grounds are a testament to the hosts' dedication to creating a serene oasis for their guests. Everywhere we looked, we were met with lush greenery and peaceful views. Cleanliness was evident throughout the property, a detail that didn't go unnoticed. Our accommodations were not only cozy but also impeccably clean, showcasing the hosts' commitment to ensuring a comfortable and hygienic stay. One of the highlights of our visit was the delicious breakfast. The attention to detail in every dish was apparent, and the flavors were simply delightful. The breakfast not only fueled our day of exploration but also provided a glimpse into the hosts' culinary expertise. And then there was Leslie, our gracious host. Leslie's warmth, friendliness, and helpfulness truly set the tone for our stay. Her local insights and recommendations enriched our experience on the island, and her genuine care for her guests made us feel like we were staying with friends rather than at a bed and breakfast. Το Wayside Motel Manitoulin βρίσκεται στο Manitowaning. Όλα τα δωμάτια διαθέτουν ψυγείο και τηλεόραση επίπεδης οθόνης με καλωδιακά κανάλια και καλωδιακά κανάλια HDMI. Everything. It was super clean. Elizabeth and her son were fantastic hosts - helpful, accommodating and friendly. The patio area was a gem for evening sunset viewing and morning coffee. They were super helpful with the use of their bbq too. Overall it’s top notch, conveniently located near the highway, but far enough back away from it. The town of Manitowaning is really peaceful, and the beach is a 2min drive from the motel. It is a short drive to Sheguiandah and Little Current as well as South Baymouth (ferry terminal). As a former resident of Little Current, returning home for a visit, I discovered Manitowaning from a new perspective and found it to be an amazing little place to stay. Can’t say enough about the Wayside and the owners.

Clean and cosy and Dean could not have been more helpful and accommodating. His customer service is absolutely outstanding.

The property had everything imaginable that you could have needed. Down to the silly things you might forget to bring from home like cooking spray. There is clearly a great amount of thoughtfulness and care for the guests that the owners have put into this cottage and it made it such a wonderful experience for us. Everything was exactly as described and we were able to fully relax on this vacation.

Το Huron Sands Motel and Restaurant είναι σε Providence Bay, Manitoulin Island, σε απόσταση 400μ από Παραλία Providence Bay. The location is a 30mims drive from South Baymouth where the ferry lands. The drive is serene and the location is walking minutes away from the harbour. The rooms are clean, the service was above and beyond both by the restaurant at Huron Sands and the rooms. The owner and the staff gave us the best experience. Kindness and humbleness go a long way, so does smiling and they never refrained from it.
