Excellent facilities (big, well-equiped kitchen, plenty of lockers for storage, delicious breakfast, toilet in bedroom). Staff were all friendly and had good knowledge on things to do in the area. They seemed to have good systems in place for check in. Good location situated between the East and West train stations. Highly recommend!

Wow what a location! Thank you to Adam, Tristan, Maria & the whole Hotel Staubbach team who went above & beyond for us during our short stay in Lauterbrunnen. Everything was great. We could not fault this place. They take care of their guests & gave us guidance of where to eat & what to do whilst we were there. We had to check out early & they had taken the time to make us sandwiches & snacks since we would miss the breakfast service the following morning. Hirschen is situated in a 17th century landmark building located in Interlaken. This hotel features a garden and free WiFi throughout the property. The room was spacious and we got to enjoy the view outside our balcony. The room was very clean and neat. The staffs were super friendly and accomodating.

Situated in the centre of Grindelwald, a 5-minute walk from Grindelwald Train Station, the sports centre, and the First Cable Car, Hotel Hirschen offers free WiFi and a restaurant serving cheese... Central position, very nice stuff and good breakfast! Clean rooms and nice restaurant in hotel. We stayed in Love room that have a jakuzzi and a big terrace on the first floor, and it was wonderful!
