The customer support was the best that we have ever had in a hotel!!! The location was perfect in the city center, also the parking and the access to hotel was so convenient!!! The breakfast absolutely excellent!!!! And of course the room was perfectly cleaned!!! Really it’s worth 10/10!!!!

The apartments are well furnished with anything you might need to stay. The place is clean and well taken care of. Everything is well explained on arrival, with clearly written and laminated documentation. Gabriele, the branch manager, was very friendly and helpful. We even received extra portable AC units due to the heatwave (on top of the built-in central AC, which was enough for most of the stay).

Our stay was simply marvellous! Morcote is truly beautiful and the Relais is an exquisite little hotel. The design and interior is really well done and it’s even more beautiful than in the pictures.
