Family-run for 150 years, the Boutique Hotel Balm is located in a green suburb of Lucerne and features a gourmet restaurant with fish and other specialities and offers free WiFi in all rooms. Bus was very comfortable. Breakfast was good, room was tidy. Half board menu was great, everyone should try.

Located 4 km outside of Lucerne’s town centre, the Felmis offers a restaurant with 2 terraces, free Wi-Fi and free parking. Lake Lucerne is just a 20-minute walk away. I felt absolutely comftable from the very first moment due to the warm welcome and the charme of the hotel.

I loved the lobby area, magnificent views over the lake.. We sat there for hours. The room also had a spectacular view.

We come to this hotel whenever we are in the Lucerne area. It is AMAZING! Love everything from the staff, to the incredible views from the balcony, the room service, the huge range of delicious foods for breakfast and the playroom for kids. Every corner of the hotel has something fun and interesting! Will always stay here!

It has all the amenities you require, however if you have 2 suitcases, it difficult to open it :) 2. Bathroom - clean and spacious 3. Staff - very friendly. The staff invited us for free drinks at bar in the evening. 4. Location - excellent. It is central and right on the water. You can enjoy your meals at the balcony and enjoy the views. 5. Breakfast - it was fresh and tasty. 6. Value for money - a bit at the expensive side but it is due to quality and location.

Located in the peaceful village of Seelisberg, high above Lake Lucerne, the guesthouse offers stunning views and a serene atmosphere that feels like a true escape from the everyday. What really stood out to us was the thoughtfulness of our host. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and surprised with chocolate Easter treats—a small but incredibly kind gesture. It's little touches like this that set a place apart. The guesthouse itself is charming and beautifully maintained. Our rooms were clean, cozy, and had a gorgeous view of the surrounding mountains and lake. Breakfast the next morning was another highlight: a generous spread that included fresh bread, a variety of fruits, yogurt, homemade jams, cheese, cold cuts, and many more delicious options. Everything was fresh, thoughtfully presented, and made for a perfect start to the day. Seelisberg is a hidden gem, and Guesthouse Teller is the perfect place to enjoy it. Whether you're just passing through or looking for a peaceful retreat, we wholeheartedly recommend staying here. We only wish we could have stayed longer!
