Staff were exceptional - exceeded our expectations the whole stay. They were accommodating and understanding of a late check-out due to our trip up to Fronalpstock and hitting bad weather which set us back late for check-out. The lodge was super cosy, comfortable and the facilities - Saunas were exceptional, well needed and our favourite part aside form the hike. The view from our room was sensational.. I could go on and on!! We only wish we had stayed longer.
