From the moment I stepped foot into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent customer service that instantly made me feel welcome. The room itself exceeded my expectations in every way possible. It was impeccably clean, well-furnished, and boasted stunning views of the surrounding lake. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing me with a restful night's sleep amd two additional small pillows greatly improved the quality of sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The amenities were great too, like the soundproof walls and quiet-flushing toilet. In conclusion, my stay at this hotel was an absolute pleasure. The exceptional service, luxurious accommodations, and attention to detail truly set it apart from others. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a remarkable and unforgettable hotel experience.

The property is set in a stunning area. Whilst Switzerland in general is extremely picturesque, you cannot beat the views which are on your door stop. You are set on Lake Zug with views of the surrounding mountains. Whilst slightly off the beaten track it is easy accessible with the train station a short 5 minute walk away with good connections. Not that you’d know because you don’t hear the trains! You can swim in the pool or take a swim in the lake or even better… paddle boarding! The outdoor area is well decorated with the sun setting down throughout the day. The property itself is designed for couples but is well designed, clean and modern. The host is happy to be contacted throughout the stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again despite being on the pricier side which I think is currently a fair value.

The location is truly amazing, with an unbelievable view and the lake entrance less than 100 meters from the door. Even with the cooler September weather, the crystal-clean water made for a great swim! The apartment is perfectly stocked with everything you need (and more), including a thoughtful welcoming box. Jean was the most helpful and friendly host we could ask for, treating my entire family (and our dog!) with exceptional kindness. This was, without a doubt, the most beautiful apartment and the best hosting experience we have ever had. Highly recommended, we look forward to returning!

When you come back, you can have your meal or drink something in the terras with the view of mountains. There are also cats, chickens, ducks etc for the small children.
