Free Wi-Fi is provided. My second time here. Very popular hotel with unbeatable location and friendly staff. My suite had an amazing view, kitchenette and lots of space. Comfortable, quiet and clean. Everything is very close.

The location is just perfect for taking the Metro and getting a Taxi. the Employees are willing to help with whatever problem you might have, even though it can be tricky sometimes through the language barrier. The Check-in can be very confusing, reception is on the 24th floor and the only elevator that takes you there is SM1. For getting down you have to take the elevators to the 30th floor and change to another one to get to the second floor with the exit!! In total there was nothing to worry about, the bed was absolutely comfortable and the view was insane. Would definitely stay there again :)

Didn't want to go through a lifeless reception area and then to the room. This place envelops you in warmth as soon as you enter. The reception are is perfunctory - entrance shows you a library and a serving platform ahead. All of it tells you that you will be treated as a member of the family and not another customer. And then there are the people whether it is the cleaning lady, the cook aunty, the receptionist and most importantly the concierge who speaks English. We were lucky to have Lucky as our concierge and she went beyond the basic interaction- gave us tips on places to visit ( all of it were just the right one for us), places to eat and she did something beyond what is expected of her. She arranged a tea ceremony where we could interact with out Chinese relatives while Lucky translated. This touched us a great deal and made our stay special. A bit about the breakfast. Please go hungry for the breakfast. There is so much to eat and try. The rice cakes, dumplings, congee and do not miss the noodles the aunty delivers. They made all efforts to give us vegetarian stuff. The noodles are the best here...
