Excellent location with stunning views that made the stay feel really special. The room was beautifully designed, spotless, and very comfortable, with high-quality facilities throughout. What truly stood out was the exceptional service — the reception team were incredibly helpful and responsive, always available on WeChat to assist with anything I needed, from local recommendations to small requests. Their support made the stay completely stress-free. Overall, a wonderful experience and a place I would happily return to.

Dreamland Inn ligt in Yangshuo, en biedt accommodatie met een terras of een balkon, gratis WiFi en flatscreen-tv, en een tuin en een restaurant. Een fantastisch mooie locatie met prachtige kamers en een sprookjesachtig uitzicht! De eigenaren van het hotel zijn ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het is kleinschalig en de familie leeft ook in en om het hotel, wat een echt thuisgevoel geeft. Deze plek heeft ons hart veroverd! Het ontbijt was erg goed, met zowel chinese als westerse opties. Ook het avondeten was heerlijk! Kortom: echt een aanrader :) Vanaf het hotel wandel je gemakkelijk naar de Yulong rivier, waar je op veel plekken koffie of iets lekkers kunt halen. Ook kun je vlakbij het hotel fietsen huren om langs de rivier te fietsen (aanrader!). Het hotel zelf verhuurt ook scooters. Er zijn veel restaurantjes en barretjes in de buurt, dus je komt niets te kort. Ook kun je met de taxi gemakkelijk een avondje naar Yangshuo stad. De eigenaren helpen je graag met leuke tips voor activiteiten :)

First of all very nice and helpful staff. It is a family runned hotel and they all put their hearts into accommodation, to feel the guests comfortable. They helped us with all the arrangements to see the attractions.They helped us even that our son was able to go fishing. Very good service and nice and clean rooms.

Guilin Qingshanshe Hotel -Free pick up train station stay two nights ligt in Guilin, op 13 minuten lopen van Reed Flute Cave en heeft een tuin, een restaurant en uitzicht op de bergen. It was a perfectly organized stay. We messaged the property via booking.com to get a transfer from train station and tours to Longji rice terraces and Li Cruise organized. Everything was duly noted and executed. We were picked up by the driver at the train station (it was a free pick-up included in the price because we stayed for 3 nights). Next day the driver took us to the docks and handed tickets for the Li Cruise. The other day English-speaking driver Peter picked us up and we drove to the Longji rice terraces. Before going to the terraces we cooked a bamboo rice and visited minority village. Also we had one more free day when we arrived, and the receptionist showed us the points of interest to visit in Guilin (lake with Pagoda twin towers, elephant trunk park, etc.). The staff does not speak any English but we were able to communicate fluently via WeChat (there is a built-in translator there), Google translate and other translator apps. So in general we had no communication issues.

The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help. In the evenings, when we returned, they would ask if we were hungry and offer us fresh fruit. they also gave us a free bed for my daughter. One particularly touching moment: one evening our daughter fell asleep, and my husband and I went out for dinner in the city. The receptionist, who had already finished her shift, stayed an extra hour just to make sure everything was okay — even though we hadn’t asked her to. Another time, they noticed on their own that there was a problem with the lighting in our room. While we were out, they informed us and immediately offered to move us to another room. Since our child was sleeping again that evening, they gave us two rooms to use at the same time. Breakfasts were always adapted to our requests. They gifted us a massage, arranged airport pick-up, and on our last day — when there was heavy rain and some of my things got slightly wet — they even gave us a discount on services. A super cozy place with true human warmth. Highly recommended! ❤️

If you are a pet lover this place is for you. You will meet ZaiZai the dog and all his cat friends. Moreover you're gonna be kindly welcomed by the hostess who will provide all the information you may need. The hotel is in the middle of the main ancient street and the rooms are very well decorated. There's a garden for the sunny days too, and the hostess makes a very tasty coffe. We can only recommend this charming place!

Lakeside Inn Guilin Central ligt in Guilin en biedt een tuin, een gemeenschappelijke lounge, een restaurant en een bar. Lovely terrace, owner spoke good english and was very helpful and attentive, i was even invited to join his friends for dinner one night. The food was delicious and biiig portions.
