We had amazing apartment for 4 people and great room for 2 people. Everything was clean and modern, all hotel was really comfortable, the view from the rooftop was stunning even the weather was under the dog. Our host war very kind and we had really nice talks. The rooms were clean and comfortable, great air con, and there was a delicious breakfast each morning and an even better view of the mountains. Great location, nice quiet area that was a short walk to restaurants and street food market. The staff were exceptional and so helpful to book our national park tickets, give recommendations and provide coffee and icecreams after a long day of exploring! Special shout out to concierge staff Xiao Song and Rock Lee for being so accommodating and friendly.

The hotel will let you know where the taxi should drop you off. it is about 1-2 minutes walk from the drop off. The owner will meet you at the drop off to guide you to the hotel. The location for the Hotel is really strategic. We stayed for 2 nights and managed to explore the main area multiple times. The sound from nearby pubs were off around 11pm so it wasn’t an issue for us. The owner was try friendly and helpful in his suggestions (especially on good food). We will stay here again in future.

Zhangjiajie is hands down the prettiest place I have ever visited, and staying at this hotel made the experience even more special. The owners are the kindest couple you will ever meet—always warm, welcoming, and eager to help with anything you need. They go out of their way to provide the best tips and guidance for exploring Zhangjiajie, which really made my trip smoother and more enjoyable. A special mention to Rainbow, who speaks excellent English and has an incredibly positive and helpful attitude. Traveling overseas can sometimes be challenging, but staying here felt effortless and comfortable thanks to their hospitality. If you’re planning a trip to Zhangjiajie, I can’t recommend this place enough—it’s the perfect base to explore one of the most beautiful places on earth.

Hotel manager was exceptional friendly and the room was already heated when we came. He even gave me a second blanket after I asked and I got a second cupcake for breakfast. Place is quiet but still in the middle of the city.

Beautiful place with amazing view, especially in the morning with a mist. The hotel was super cozy and comfortable. Clean and big. Antony is the best host I've met in China so far (and I've been here for 6 years) Popeye (the cute doggie) is the best marketing manager and entertainer you can find on bookings. 10 out of 10, definitely recommend!
