Free WiFi is offered. We liked almost everything. The breakfast was great. Lots of variety every day. The rooms were big and nice. The beds were very comfortable. Soft linen. Big bathroom and and a nice toilet with bidet, etc. The location was super. Big mall within 30 meters. We had a wonderful time in Shenzhen and especially due to the Fraser Suite Hotel. Bill, the frontdesk employee, was amazing. He helped us a lot when there was an issue or when we needed some information. Also, Zoey was very nice and helpful. We will be back.
