It’s sooo relaxing and the owners are super friendly! Wished I could stay longer!

The place is located just in front of the beach. I stayed there only one night. The room was like in the photos, the food was delicious, and the staff was helpful. The pick-up and drop-off by taxi went smoothly. I enjoyed my stay. It was not noisy as indicated in the other reviews. The only sound I heard was the waves' sound. Just a little note, all these hotels are located at the beach. There is no car access; if you do not want to carry your luggage after the taxi drops you, you need to request a carrier that costs 20.000 COP (or you can request the boat shuttle, cheaper than a taxi, faster, and drops you off in front of the hotel at the beach, but your luggage and yourself can get wet :) )

Το Hotel Las Islas έχει εξωτερική πισίνα, αίθουσα γυμναστικής, κήπο και ιδιωτική παραλία, στον προορισμό Baru. Stunning views, private beach area, decent gym, all the activity options you can book with them. Right in the nature and the jungle so all sorts of animals and insects etc. if you like or don’t mind that. Bed is covered with mosquito net though so very comfy at night.

Located in front of Barbacoa Beach this eco-lodge offers rooms with garden views and a private beach, within a 10-minute drive from Playa Blanca Beach. Food was exceptional, staff really accommodating and friendly, happy to go above and beyond to help their guests

Το Villa Los Cocos Baru βρίσκεται σε Barú και είναι ένα κατάλυμα με θέα στη θάλασσα. Amazing place. We spent a whole week there and didn’t want to leave. The place is beautiful and well kept up. The pool was refreshing, with comfortable loungers. Judith, the cook and housekeeper provided excellent service and delicious food and cocktails. We had the big room on the second floor with the spacious private deck and loungers.

Tjhe proximity to the beach and ocean were great. The staff was so helpful. They helped us arrange transportation from the airport, including a van and taxi boat, as well as boat transportation the next day to enjoy the islands and go to our next hotel destination. So nice!

Do not expect anything fancy it is not a hotel but a simple wooden cabana, ideal for taking a shower and sleep, you receive exactly what you pay for.

Το NENA BEACH CLUB & HOTEL διαθέτει εξωτερική πισίνα, κοινόχρηστο χώρο lounge, βεράντα και μπαρ, στον προορισμό Baru. Me and my family were happy with the staff treatment, they were all the time so welcoming and friendly with all of us. The location is quite convenient, and although there is a lot of people coming to the beach on day trips, after 3 pm it turns into a "quiet" and relaxed place. Food wise it is also so recommended.
