We stayed in the Glamping area and had an amazing view and could order the Breakfast to our Room. The staff was really friendly and helpful! I've done a multitude of traveling over the past 38 years and this was one of the best experiences I have ever had. First and foremost, the owner/management and staff (Erica and Beatriz) are exceptional. Paula deserves 7 stars in a 5 star rating. Super attentive, personable, and committed to ensuring your stay is the most comfortable and accommodating. The prices (depending on the apartment chosen) are very affordable and reasonable. The security at the facility is unmatched; I've never seen anything like it. The common areas and apartments are all uniquely (impressively) decorated, exceptionally clean, comfortable and cozy. The Wi-Fi was super strong and fast. The location is great, in a very quiet, peaceful area, with plenty of easy/convenient public transportation options accessible. There are a couple of supermarkets within easy walking distance from the hotel and if walking is something you like or prefer, you can walk to the downtown/central part of the city and the largest, most popular mall in 25 or 30 minutes of casual walking. If you are in need of a place to stay in Manizales, do not look any further or consider any place other than this hotel.

Every detail was thought out, from the warm welcome to the delicious breakfast. It's the perfect escape from the city and a great place to relax, reconnect, and recharge. Highly recommended for couples, or anyone looking for a unique and serene getaway. We'll definitely be coming back!

Looking for a getaway from the hustle and bustle of a city, this place is a paradise. Hidden away in the mountains still only 15 mins drive from Manizales. Service is out do the world, The owners and the staff went above and beyond. It’s either the culture of Colombia or we have just been purely lucky. Colombian are just very friendly people and service everywhere is just not what we can even think of in the West. This place grows its own veggies, we even visited the animal shelter they have, my kids learnt to milk the cow, pick up eggs, feed the sheep and goat and lot more. They also have an amazing swimming pool and jacuzzi. They took us on a tour of the coffee fields, even showed us the coffee packing facilities. This place is also connected a restaurant a few yards away, getting to the restaurant is an experience by itself thru the plants and bridges that are over a small stream of water flowing down hill. A must visit. I am coming back for sure.
