Everything perfect. Really friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms in a beautiful old building right in the city center.

Very cosy place, comfortable room (studio with a kitchen), delicious breakfast (for an extra fee, very reasonably priced) and very friendly helpful staff. Nice views over the white city. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood. While it is not in the center of the Popayan, the heritage part of the town starts just in a couple of hundreds meters from the hotel and it takes 10 min on foot to Parque caldas (the central square of Popayan). Will chose this place again, especially if I am to stay in Popayan for more than 1 day.

The location is on the edge of town up a dirt road, but was still an easy walk into the historical centre (I personally wouldn't have walked to the centre at night as this part of the road was unlit). Importantly for us, the apartment provided safe parking for our motorcycles.

The owners are amazing, very nice and helpful. They run a shop where you can buy snacks and drinks, beers included. The room is basic but has everything you need. It's very clean. Comfortable bed. Nice common area. Perfect location near the entrance to the Archaeological Park. There's a restaurant two houses down the road where the nicest lady cooked me a delicious vegan dinner.

The taxi journey from the centre of Popayan took me around the same neighbourhood for about an hour and it was stressful. Fortunately, my taxi driver had internet on his phone (I know I need to upgrade) and was eventually able to find the apartments nestled into nature. My frown melted away within seconds of seeing the apartment. From window to window, different views, trees, birds and breathing the fresh air. Diop and Marta, the dogs, the chickens are now part of my family. They always asked if I needed something from the centre or if I wanted to go with them. Exceptional people and exceptional staff. Thank you.

A comfortable apartment with lots of light, a workable kitchen including a large drip coffeemaker and comfortable couch in the joined living area. The bedroom is a good size with storage space. Hot shower works well. Restaurants are close by though after 3 pm the choice gets slimmer. There's also a large grocery store a couple of minutes away. Approximately 10 minutes walk away is the bus station and right behind it, the airport. Going to the central park and historic area is approx 15 minutes away
