The hosts, Joan and Ronald, are incredibly friendly (as is all staff) and clearly passionate about the local people. They have a heart for improving the lives/education of the local children. It’s nice to know that while enjoying our own family vacation we are enabling change in this wonderful community ❤️

The hotel is physically beautiful -- an exotic, tropical Oasis of serenity and calm. The individual rooms facing a shimmering pool were so well appointed. It also meant I didn't have to listen to the TV or conversations in the room next door! The bed was extremely comfortable and the waterfall shower soothing. They provided both beach and swimming pool towels. The staff could not be more helpful -- they arranged tours and even escorted me to the location, they arranged a most wonderful massage in my room, and made dinner recommendations every night.

Waking up to this view was truly special. We received a free upgrade from a jungle-view room to a mountain-view room. The room was very clean and modern, with high-quality materials. The staff—especially our host Enzo—were extremely helpful and always striving to ensure we had the best possible experience. The hotel offers many on-site activities, from ziplining to jungle night walks. We took the Nature Reserve tour, and our guide José was fantastic. During the tour, we spotted three sloths, monkeys, macaws, and toucans.
