Martha and her team are the best. Super helpful and accommodating. The location is really cool. I've been told it is really safe here. There is security everywhere in the area and buildings. Guayaquil is an amazing city and I have never felt unsafe, but do be more than respectful and be alert, like any big city. The city and its people will treat you exactly the same.

Close both to the airport and the main mall (5 min drive to the airport and 3 min walk to the mall). Great value for money, if you have a night and need close accommodation to the airport.
