The staff were lovely and took great care of us, especially Ali, who coordinated everything and recommended various tourist spots. We were most impressed by him. Ali became like a friend and younger brother to me. We truly felt happy with the warm welcome from the owner and his daughter. Everything, including the ride and the sunset trip to Abu Simbel Temple, was wonderful. They were very kind and friendly—this place felt like a second home to us. The food was delicious, especially the omelet, which reminded us of home after being away for over seven days. Highly recommended—everything was truly excellent and won’t disappoint.

Omar is an exceptional host. He is proof of the saying: come as a guest, leave as a friend. He facilitated our transfer from Luxor to Aswan, then the road to Abu Simbel. The location is wonderful, the island is quiet - after 6 days in Egypt we slept here without any noise waking us up :). Delicious breakfast, dinner can also be served, also very tasty - Omar is a great cook. He brought us on arrival and departure with his boat. My wife wanted some Egyptian cotton towels - 30 minutes later, Omar brought them to us. Thank you for everything, Omar!

Beautiful wife , good kid and a considerate father run the place they all take good care of us . They live upstairs we have down stairs the grand floor all to ourselves it is about 80 square meters . Air-conditioner rooms and what surprised me is the washing machine . the owner let us use it to clean our clothes ourselves . We are private people the fact we can do it all ourselves and stay in different rooms on the same floor gave us the feeling like home . You can rely on the owner and trust him and his family . I have to say the first time I talk to the owner on line I thought he was rude as the tone he used is very direct but I found out it is Just the language the min I met him in person. The food they prepared at very reasonable price is delicious too . We feel sorry we cannt finish as they prepare too many but the flavor is great

He helped us with everything we needed, including transportation, entrance to the temple, food, a boat ride, and actually everything we needed help for whether big or small. He was very nice and made sure we are not in need of anything, with a smile. Also the apartment was great and clean and space was well utilized. It had everything we needed for a short stay, like water, juice, soap, instant coffee and tea. Also location wise it was very good, and close to the bus station, the hotel where the host works and can provide help when you need it, and the Abu Simbel temple itself. It’s about 20 minutes walk to the temple, but you also can take a tuktuk if you want.
