We had problems with our rented car on our departure day. They went out of their way to help us. Location is great, great view and close to everything important.

The hotel was extremely clean and spacious with very nice rooms and cool design. The Outdoor Pool at the hotel was very picturesque and the breakfast at the hotel had to be one of the best hotel breakfasts we've had in a good long while. We will most definitely return again and recommended anybody looking for a nice hotel in San Sebastián to stay here. You certainly will not regret it.
