The apartment was really spacious, modern, clean and tidy. Living room was pleasant for relaxing or enjoying food. The kitchen was big, equipped with basic dinnerware, dishwasher included. Bathroom with big walk-in shower. In bedroom there was a big bed, stylish workdesk, plenty of wardrobes for your stuff. Small balcony to the street with a view on the ocean. The breakfast we had in the nearby restaurant called La Solana - really delicious! The apartment is super close to the beach and near are dozens of great restaurants - great for foodies :)

We stayed for a week here in the middle of December, 4 adults and a small dog, we absolutely loved it. The reception staff and all the cleaning staff were really friendly. There is a Spar by the main entrance. The facilities are really modern. A big swimming pool with tonnes of deckchairs. There is also an adult pool, however we didn't use it. The apartment was perfect, with a really good sized living room and kitchen that was fully equipped. Really strong wifi. A 10 minute walk down to the sea.

Located in a quiet area, there are many bars and restaurants within a 5-minute walk of the complex. Yumbo Shopping Centre is around 900 metres away, and free parking can be found nearby. Great location right next to the dunes. Super clean and very friendly staff. Bonus was that there was laundry on premises.

During your time staying in this recently renovated apartment, dating back to 2005, you will have access to free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is situated 35 km from Aqualand Maspalomas. Better than expected! Communication with the owner was great, and all instructions were clear. The place was easy to find, very clean, and had everything we needed. A lovely touch was the complimentary water, teas, and treats left by the owner—definitely a highlight! It’s a 15-minute walk to the airport, making it perfect for a short stay, though it would also be comfortable for a longer visit if you have a car.
