The hotel is a very cosy local business! We felt so welcome. The room was spotless, there were so many thoughtful little things about the place that made us feel at home. The restaurant is also excellent and is heaving with locals and tourist, really lovely to see. Can’t recommend enough! Oh, and the view was just wonderful.

Even though it was just for one night, our stay at this property was absolutely wonderful. Mrs. Agnes is like the aunt everyone wishes they had: kind, helpful, and always smiling. The room was very, very spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed linens were the most fragrant I’ve ever slept in. The parking is free, safe (inside the property, not on the street), and very spacious. The house is surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden. Our two-year-old son loved touching the flowers and walking on the grass. Breakfast was also delicious—we had an exceptional porridge while sitting by a window overlooking the garden. Truly a great stay.

There was no option for breakfast as was self catering. Location was excellent, apartment was spotless and everything you could ask for. We’re a couple in retirement and often go for apartments rather than hotels and this was easily the best one we’ve had by far
