Auchendennan FarmSelf Catering Cottages offers a beautiful setting in Arden, a short walk from the shores of Loch Lomond and only 2 miles from Balloch. Great location close to the Loch, beautiful farm setting and spacious apartment. Kitchen has everything you might need and bathroom was very spacious, equipped even with a Rowe warmer. Little fireplace felt really cozy.

I am sure some of the stairs moved, and some of the pictures talked. we spend hours roaming around the hotel looking for hidden gems like the reading room and even the gym (not really a gem but it was fun looking for it). breakfast is a bit pricey for what you get but the room and the buffet are beautiful. staff is amazing, funny, smart, nice and professional. I would definitely come back. hopefully soon.

It was one of the best glamping experiences I’ve ever had. The location is absolutely stunning — surrounded by nature, with beautiful views. The facilities were spotless and well-maintained, including clean restrooms, hot showers, and convenient access to drinking water. The staff was very friendly and helpful! At night, the skies were crystal clear, perfect for stargazing, and mornings were peaceful with the sound of birds all around. Whether you’re camping in a tent, RV, or cabin, this place offers a great mix of comfort and adventure. I’d highly recommend Cobleland Campsite to anyone looking for a relaxing, nature-filled getaway. I can’t wait to come back! 😊

I like it all. The staff was very friendly. The location might seem to be a bit away from the center, but the neighborhood is very pretty and you can find restaurants in a walk-able distance. We really enjoyed it!

A very pleasant stay for two travelers (myself and my mom) ! Cathy was very helpful and mindful of her guests. We arrived at the location sooner than expected, and she was very accomodating and professional. She showed us around town and provided very useful information about the shops and points of interest. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay in this appartment. Equipements were adequate, the rooms were comfortable, and free wifi was provided. After a rather disappointing stay in Edimburgh, our stay here in Balloch really saved our hollidays ! Thanks a lot Cathy !

Lovely and Cozy Townhouse – Highly Recommended!** Our group of five stayed in this townhouse for one night, and we had a wonderful experience. The two-story house was beautifully decorated, very well-equipped, and gave us a warm, homey feeling. The first floor features a spacious living-dining-kitchen area, a bathroom, and a small yard. Upstairs, there is one bedroom with a large bed and two smaller rooms where the beds were a bit tight for two people each. The second floor also has a bathroom. While the space was generally comfortable, two of us had to share a small bed, which was a little cramped. Location-wise, it was convenient—about £10 by taxi to the city center and around £20 to the University of Glasgow. Overall, we highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again on our next visit!
