Also, 24x7 coffee & tea machine is a bonus with bakery provided for pick-up in the morning.

Perfect communication with their office throughout our stay. The office is situated in the building in front of the apartment, which is very convenient for luggage storrage after check-out. Many places where you can have delicious breakfast close to the apartment. Overall a great vacation in Edinburgh, would definitely choose this place again!

Large, comfortable room with great design, especially when comparing to london. Very helpful staff, who give great advice about the city etc. Great lounge and restaurant, perfect for those not wanting to go far for great food. Fabulous A La carte breakfast. Generally a great hotel in every sense.

The guest house features family rooms. We absolutely loved this accommodation! It’s location was perfect (lovely neighbourhood, bus stops in near). The accommodation was clean and tidy. We recommend it to especially for couples.
