We have stayed in many hotels and have worked in the hospitality industry ourselves for several years, so what a pleasure it was to spend two nights in an establishment where everything was simply perfect. From the moment we arrived at check-in, we felt right at home. The Front of House Manager (I won’t mention his name for fear of misspelling it, but he will recognise himself 😊) as well as the concierge are truly great assets to the Halyard. The room was perfect: clean, quiet (despite the many pubs nearby), and the bedding was incredibly cosy. We also appreciated having the amenities replaced every day. Breakfast with live cooking was excellent — a real English breakfast! The service was relaxed, friendly, and very professional. Reception answered all our requests with remarkable efficiency. Congratulations to the whole team. We will be back for sure! Liverpool is truly underrated — a beautiful city to discover on foot, with wonderfully warm people… and of course, its pubs! --

Pullman Liverpool Hotel offers accommodation overlooking the waterfront in Kings Dock, Liverpool. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant and bar, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Staff was really accommodable, rooms were really confortable, bottle of water in the fridge was a great touch, all amenities necessary for a comfortable trips were there, biggest point is the breakfast which is probably one of the best I had.

At Liverpool’s Stanley Dock, the Titanic Hotel Liverpool is found in the site’s former North Warehouse, and offers stylish accommodation around 5 minutes’ drive from the city centre. Lovely building with great character and personality. Restaurant and breakfast was top notch. Staff were friendly and most helpful. The award-winning COVE Paradise Street are located in the heart of the Liverpool ONE development which offers a variety of shops and restaurants. I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Cove during my holiday, and I couldn't be more impressed. The apartment was very well equipped, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. From the fully stocked kitchen to the cozy living area, it felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail was evident, and I appreciated how clean and well-maintained everything was. What truly set this place apart, however, was the staff. They were absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and always available to help with anything I needed. Whether it was solving our lost key situation or making sure I had everything I required, they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend the cove to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-supported holiday. I can't wait to return!

It has good environment like home, all the facilities are user-friendly. And the room is big, best for couples or families. Breakfast is delicious.

This stylish 4-star boutique hotel has a 6th-floor gym and a relaxed restaurant with chic surroundings. The Vincent Hotel is on Southport's main shopping street, 100 metres from Southport Rail... When I arrived, I was informed I had been selected as 'guest of the day' and I received an upgraded room (junior suite). The room was amazing, had everything you could want and more, there was even a little plate of chocolates and forest fruits with a nice note from the hotel on the desk. Even things like the fact that there was shampoo, body wash and conditioner in the shower, and hand wash and cream at the sink, the tea and coffeee facilities and cold water in the fridge. There are also lots of nice touches around the hotel and restaurant, e.g. a sign that unattended children would be given an esspresso and a kitten...just lots of things that make you smile and make it feel different from a standard hotel.
