The hotel includes a restaurant and bar, a fitness suite and WiFi. Our room which was upgraded was incredible and the ambiance in general was very pleasing . Breakfast and staff were wonderful.

Gateway Lodge, a property with a shared lounge, is located in Speke, 5.3 km from 20 Forthlin Road, 6.3 km from Mendips John Lennon Home, as well as 8.3 km from Sefton Park. This 3-star guest house offers full-day security and luggage storage space. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. The hosts were friendly. The room and the whole place were clean and nicely decorated. It was easy to reach the airport from the Lodge (about 10 min walk). I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

All of our en suite double bedrooms offer a king size bed with memory foam mattress, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, television, telephone and complimentary wifi. All double rooms have baths with showers. Location just off from the lovely Crosby Beach. Room was in front of hotel overlooking waterfront. Staff extremely friendly and attentive. Character of hotel and ease to move around. Breakfast was exceptional, well done Chef 👍

There is an onsite car park which the entrance is located at the rear of the building on Gradwell Street L1 4JH. The main entrance is on Duke Street L1 5AP. (Please note Google maps will take you to the rear of the building on Gradwell Street) The location is excellent, everything is within walking distance – both the bus station (5 minutes on foot at a relaxed pace) and the train station (10 minutes on foot at a relaxed pace). A bus that goes directly to the airport stops just 20 meters from the hotel entrance. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful, yet there are still functioning clubs, bars, restaurants, and convenience stores open all night. The room is great, and the kitchen is well-equipped with all necessary utensils. A tip for travelers: check which adapters you’re bringing for charging your devices. We had to find alternative solutions because our adapters didn’t fit the sockets.
