The first room was nice, spacious and very clean. The hotel left us 2 water bottles, a juice bottle and 2 pieces of cake. The room had a washer and a dishwasher which was great. We added an extra night, The second room had the same as the first room but was much smaller.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They kept in touch with us before the check-in with WhatsApp to arrange transport from the port to the hotel. During our stay, we could also just WhatsApp message the staff for assistance and they will promptly reply. The constantly warm private small pool and the stream bath room are also nice.

Helpful and kind staff at the reception, special thanks to Anna for her help and useful information on check-in. Rooms are tiny (like all Heraclion, probably), but enough space, all facilities are fresh new and in good conditions.

We loved everything about our stay at the Nautilux. As far as we are concerned, it is clearly a very well run hotel. Every single staff member that we met was so helpful and friendly. The pool area and proximity to the beach was perfect. Parking at the hotel was stress free. We walked into the center of town ….once! It was a lovely walk but the best thing is that there are always taxis available right by the hotel and in the town to bring you to and fro. Town was definitely worth a visit. There are also lots of restaurants and bars nearby if you prefer to stay near the hotel. We particularly liked the Taverna next door. Breakfast at the hotel was great too! Lovely hotel… definitely recommended!

One of the best places we have ever stayed in. It's close to the airport. You can enter at any hour with a code to the door. There's an elevator. The appartment is beautiful, spacious with two fabulous showers. For those of you who like to sleep like we do - the place is very quiet and the beds are big and comfortable. Although our stay was short, we had the best time.
