Loves the cat and dog...they make us feel like we are not staying in hotel...more like staying in a holiday home.

Offering rooms with a private balcony, Pension Ptolemeos is situated 20 metres from shops and bars in Fira and 200 metres from the Caldera. There is a large panoramic seating area and a rooftop terrace with views of the Aegean Sea. It was a wonderful stay. The environment was comfortable, the transportation was convenient, the location was great, and the people were very friendly!

Free transfer is provided to the airport or port, while transfer from the airport or port is provided upon charge. The owner is very helpful and friendly. We organised our transfer from the airport with him too and it was very good. The hotel is maybe a 20 minute walk from the center of Thira but there is a bus stop nearby that can shorten the trip. There are parking spaces in front for anyone who rents a bike or quad. All in all, great value for money and I would definately recommend to anyone.

The hotel is charming, clean with a lovely view of the beach and a nice swimming pool. When our taxi to the airport at 4am didn't arrive, Artemis took us to the airport himself, which I don't think a lot of people would do. We really appreciated this :)

Reservation, welcoming staff, host, hotel location, view balcony, breakfast are all excellent; except one thing, that is when I left the hotel ... I feel something left behind.

Santorini Kastelli Resort enjoys a secluded location just 2 minutes’ walk from the beach of Kamari. Surrounded by fragrant gardens and lush lawns, the 5-star resort offers 2 swimming pools, a spa and a poolside bar restaurant. The staff made the resort spectacular. Check in time was at 3 pm, but our flight arrived at 8, and the stopped by hoping to just drop off our luggage so we could tourist about the island, but the staff invited us to an extra day of the fantastic breakfast and rushed to have our room ready around 12. The staff went way above and beyond to take care of us and give a great experience. Especially for the price, I cannot recommend this resort enough. You're getting a 5-star resort for the price of a mediocre hotel.
