Sensationally well managed by Scott Liu. A big, big thanks to the team of Scott, Maggie and the entire team! And I enjoyed great afternoons at the beautiful pool area.

It felt more elegant and comfortable, without the need to get up repeatedly for food. The room was cozy, with calming lighting that created a peaceful, restful atmosphere.

The hotel’s terraces around the arches, an architectural signature of the building also showcase views of the city, Hong Kong Park and Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens. The beds were dreamy, showers were ideal, and the beauty products were really great. The best part after coming home from each day/night in the rain or air conditioning, was the warm toilet. haha The towels were in mint condition. The room temperature was fast to adjust also. Ideal comfort. The breakfast selection was delightful. The chef offered to make me gluten free bread without a hesitation - and was wonderful! Staff was wonderful, offering little tricks and tips on everything from getting around the city, to also finding the better price for breakfast.
