Its elegant rooms overlook Victoria Harbour from floor-to-ceiling windows. Free WiFi is provided throughout the entire property. Location is great. Beautiful view of the bay. Staff are very helpful and courteous. We stayed in a club room. Very convenient. The Italian restaurant in the hotel is fantastic!

The restaurants were excellent with very generous service. The bar had a brilliant idea with smelling the signature cocktails! Unique and fun! The service at the front door was also outstanding with staff going above and beyond!

I’m really glad I had the chance to stay in such a high-quality hotel. The interior is beautifully designed in a modern, skyscraper-like style. The hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful with any request. My room was spacious, spectacular, and cleaned regularly every day. I was truly impressed by the sea view of Aberdeen Harbour and the open ocean, especially at night. I also recommend taking a swim in the rooftop pool, which is open until 19:00. The hotel has one restaurant and two bars (one in the lobby and one by the rooftop pool). Breakfasts were delicious and offered a wide variety of options, including many types of egg preparation (from boiled to scrambled). You can also pay for lunch or dinner if you wish. Although the hotel is located in the Aberdeen district on the opposite side of Hong Kong Island, it’s very well connected. The MTR Wong Chuk Hang station is just a few minutes walk away, providing quick access to Admiralty or Ocean Park. Within about a 10-minute walk, you can reach the Ocean Court bus stop, and from there the A10 bus goes directly to the airport. The Aberdeen area itself also offers many services and shops around the hotel. Overall, the hotel definitely met my expectations, and I’m already looking forward to staying there again next time I visit Hong Kong.

I liked the entire experience: check-in was smooth and efficient, the stay was utterly comfortable. Amenities and facilities are awesome, this is what a five-star experience feels like. I really appreciated that the hotel staff were friendly without being overly solicitous. The concierge, the front desk were very helpful and attentive. I really enjoyed every aspect of the stay. Breakfast had excellent variety and great taste. Checkout was seamless and quick. Overall, I would return again and again for this kind of service.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the excellent front office staff, particularly Leo, who took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. Leo was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all of our needs were met and that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, from recommending local restaurants to arranging transportation for us. The hotel itself was stunning, with modern and luxurious accommodations that exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views of the city skyline. The amenities were top-notch, and we felt pampered and well taken care of during our time there. Overall, our experience at The Upper House Hotel was truly exceptional, thanks in large part to the fantastic service provided by Leo and the rest of the front office staff.
