The room was clean, cozy, pleasant and complete with toiletries. I like the scent of the body shower and shampoo btw. There is also a rooftop area for chillin. The owner, Babah and the family & staff. The kindest and humble person, and help us a lot during our stay 😭. But, all i can say is, it is a worth place to stay 🤗

From the moment we made our booking, the staff was incredibly attentive—communicating with us promptly and politely via WhatsApp, making sure every detail was in place. They went above and beyond to make the celebration feel personal and special, including decorating my parents' room and surprising them with a cake and a heartfelt card. Throughout our stay, their attentiveness never wavered. They remembered our room numbers, brought us towels right after every swim without us even needing to ask, and always made us feel cared for without ever being intrusive. The resort itself is stunning—the beach house offers breathtaking views, especially at sunrise and sunset. The design and layout of the rooms are beautiful, cozy, and thoughtfully done, creating the perfect setting for both relaxation and celebration. We also really enjoyed the free kayaking, which added a fun and active touch to the trip! My entire family thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and we left with nothing but positive memories. We would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a meaningful, peaceful, and beautifully curated getaway. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Really enjoy my stay here for relaxation. Clean unit and clean beach. I like the toilet. Its an open concept🤭The staffs are all super friendly from the gardener to the driver and all especially Ms Linda and Mr Erik, they really go all out to meet customer's need. Loola Adventure Resort ligt aan de kust van Bintan, naast een dorp aan zee. Het resort heeft een eigen strand en watersportfaciliteiten. The staff were amazing and did everything they could to make our stay fun and enjoyable. We loved that all the meals were planned and prepared for us, which took the fuss out of us having to plan ahead for meals. The villa we stayed in was exactly as we expected from photos. The activities available were fun and enjoyed by the family, both young and old; we participated in activities such as boat and boom net, firefly tour, kayaking, skywalk, flying fox, marine walk and rock climbing.

Facing the beachfront, Four Points by Sheraton Bintan, Lagoi Bay offers 4-star accommodation in Lagoi and features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and garden. Nice and friendly staff and very clean, activity in the swimming pool was nice!
