There is a private entrance at the bed and breakfast for the convenience of those who stay. The bed and breakfast features mountain views, a picnic area and a 24-hour front desk. I couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else or with anyone as knowledgeable, cheerful and fun as Lucy. The breakfasts have been the best when compared with anywhere else we’ve stayed in Ireland - or for that matter, anywhere!

Featuring a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. The accommodation features a tour desk and luggage storage space for guests. Very homely. Great facilities. Comfy beds and I like the way they are made - feels like you’re in a cubby. Great breakfast and friendly staff.

Everything about Killaran house was exceptional from beginning to end, from checking in to checking out. Breda the host was truly amazing. She was professional, friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable when it came to seek on advice on places to eat. The location of the Killaran House was so central, within a few minutes of walking distance of central town and plenty of parking on the property. The family room was spacious, bright, airy and a pure delight, better than any hotel room. Tea and coffee making facilities available 24/7, as well as toiletries if you should forget anything. Definitely my family and I will be staying again with Breda on our next trip to Ireland. 7 stars 🌟 without hesitation.
