The staff were all amazing - very professional but also kind and polite. They always made sure to cater to all our needs. Whenever we pressed the 'red button' in the room we received (soon after) what we were asking for (e.g. the bed pillow of our choice) and room service was also excellent and value for money. The room was clean and well-stocked with everything that someone can ask for during their stay, including fresh bottles of water every day. The spa treatment we received was also excellent. I can't recommend this hotel enough!

Ankit was a wonderful host, making sure we were very comfortable, restocking our room with water and soap and also offered to drop us to our night bus which was very helpful and kind. The property is a 2 minute walk from the beach, great location and in a quieter part of town, which is perfect if you like Shanti vibes ❤️ Great cafes and restaurants within walking distance.
