Not only with the usual, but also with requests that have to do with the transportation to remote monasteries, special permits for remote areas & even cultural matters. Hot water & warmth in winter. I recommend it 100%!

Great location for easy access to the market but away enough to avoid the chaos. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay in this guesthouse. The garden is really nice to relax in, breakfast very good and the host family is so helpful. We absolutely recommend!

I have travelled all over the world, visited many many cities and stayed in all kinds of hotels. Generally I don't write reviews for hotels as I find them mostly fine, though nothing extraordinary to write about. However, I feel compelled to write a review for Rock Castle Residency of Leh due to the exceptional hospitality of the hosts. The room we got was fine - spacious, clean, and with a large comfortable bed. The balcony of the room had a superb view of the neighbouring hill and of the mountains further away. The guest house had a cute dining hall where the chef's dishes are very much like home cooked food - simple, fresh, tasty. But what delighted us most about the place were the gracious, warmhearted and helpful hosts. Family run and managed by individuals including Rigzin, Nordom and Prince, we felt absolutely at home during our stay. In fact, we had issues with acclimatizing for 3 days, and I had to take oxygen support during the nights. Rigzin and team helped us with everything, and without any hesitation accomodated our requests for extending our stay in Leh and then also cancelling the remaining stay without penalties when we decided to bail out and return to Delhi. They fed us delicious meals made from vegetables grown in their own garden, and even brought tea and meals to our room (against their house policy) when I was not feeling well. We weren't able to explore Ladakh fully this time, but if I ever come back to Leh I would most definitely stay at Rock Castle Residency only.

I liked absolutely everything, staff was very helpful, arranged for me anything I requested and even more. They cleaned my room everyday, including changing the towels, water.. the place is really in nice location, no any noise, comfortable sleep, bed is really comfy as well. I enjoyed the food, almost didn't go out for it as they cooked for me everything in the hotel. Spent one week in Yarab Tso and wish to come back. Thank you guys for my wonderful time.

Good taking care of their staff, her name's Japan. She provided everything we ask quickly. The room has balcony with great view of mountain. That's very impress. Comfort bed and clean facilities. Host and all staff was very helpful.

If one is looking for luxury amidst the serene nubra valley, Lchang Nang is just the perfect resort. Their amenities, food, staff & ambience are excellent. We are glad that we chose Mindfulness at Monastery experience. Overall great stay!

Out of the noise and bustle of the centre of Leh, but only a short pleasant walk in. Lovely property, extremely comfortable and nicely appointed room with a breathtaking view of the mountains and the Shanti Stupa.The staff, led by Makund and Ladeep, were just amazing—made me feel like a king. Excellent food, including breakfasts out in the courtyard with a sunny mountain view. Just an incredible place overall. Can’t recommend it highly enough. I would *definitely* stay here again.
