We loved the location and that the rooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean. The beds were so comfortable, lovely big spacious rooms. It was a joy to have a fridge too. The huge bonus was the amazing pool, very clean pool🤩 Management were very helpful and attentive to our needs and organized our early morning taxi to the airport and made sure we were up.

The staff was absolutely fabulous, super friendly, and always ready to assist. The food served was amazing - we tried so many items from the menu, and nothing ever disappointed. The portions are very generous as well! The rooms were basic, but thays what we were looking for, the terrace and the sea view were great, and we enjoyed having the beach right in front of us. The location is exactly what we were looking for - off the beaten path, on a small beach with very few other people around. The sea was safe to swim, despite the multitude of rocks around. There were super friendly dogs always hanging out with us. The village of Kola is about 20min by walk and there are some additional small shops available (though we loved the menu of cottages too much to be buying much else :)). Overall, a fantastic few days, surrounded by friendly people and amazing nature in a comfy cottages right on the sands. Highly recommended ✨️

This is the best place for the best money! Two-room apartment, perfect cleanliness! No extraneous sounds outside the window - only the sounds of nature! The hostess Linda is a wonderful woman, she helped with everything, explained everything, told everything, helped with the move. The apartment has a TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a perfect bathroom. The bed linen is clean and odorless. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the sea along a quiet village street. I've been to GOA several times - it's the best place! The Linda Hotel offers breakfast, which you can buy upon check-in - breakfast is delivered to the room. We really liked it there, if we have the opportunity, we will come here again. Awesome place as a base to explore southern Goa. I really appreciated: - the comfort, with good mattress and pillows - good bathroom with powerful shower with warm water available all the time, toilet paper, soap / shampoo, towels - nice balcony - mineral water provided every day free of charge - fridge, kettle and mugs / glasses were present in my room - the location, a couple of hundred meters from palolem main beach, accessed via a narrow sand path - nice restaurants and shops in the area - possible to pay by card (with very small additional fee) or cash Above all, the host is amazing, a very kind and knowledgeable woman, she gave me suggestions for where to eat (good recommendations), she booked a scooter for me, and helped arranging transport.

We basically liked everything! We felt like home there, all the staf members were so friendly and helpful all the time. Everyday we only eat there at restaurant because food was just so amazing, well done and healthy! We are thankful that they manage early check on and late check out for us. Location is very good, close enough to busy street and far enough to relax. Beach is nice and clean. We definitely come back!
