All the staff were very friendly and engaged, Anna, the host is clearly, and rightly, proud of the hotel, enthusiastic and informative about all the delights the city had to offer. Probably the best breakfast I have had at any hotel in Italy. I would hope to return.

The reception staff were very obliging and helpful. The room was clean and well laid out with a circular bed. Breakfast had a great selection for all dietary requirements. The personnel was very friendly and always there for the customer. The Hotel is very nice and cozy. The breakfast was good, nothing special, but all you need to have a nice meal. The variety of meat and cheese was great. The only warm breakfast option was scrambled eggs. You can order (included in breakfast) freshly brewed coffee (cappuccino, cafe latte, espresso etc.). If you are traveling with a car, you can book the hotel parking in advance (10 euro/ day), but there is also a possibility to park the car outside in the city (70 cents per hour). The huge plus is that the rooms have air conditioning.
