The Mosaic City Hotel is a small and friendly hotel in the heart of Madaba, within easy walking distance of the Church of St George and the famous mosaic map of the Holy Land.

The hotel has 50 spacious and neatly decorated guest rooms, all of which have en-suite facilities. Rooms are furnished with one double or twin beds; many rooms have balconies with lovely garden or city views. Great clean hotel, spacious room, two balconies with street view. The street is full of life until midnight, which made me spend days in the room due to the closure of the bridge to Palestine without getting bored and I felt like I was at home. Everything is next to the hotel, restaurants, bakery, exchange office, supermarket and others. The staff are very nice and helpful. I will come back every time I travel because it is the closest to the airport and to the Jordan Bridge, so it is the best choice when you want a hotel to pass from Palestine to the airport.

I stayed in Madaba for a night before heading to Amman Queen Alia International airport for my flight back home. I booked a quadruple room and a triple room for my family for one night. I had read good reviews for this hotel on trip advisor and since this hotel is closer to the airport than downtown Amman, I decided to book this hotel I was pleasantly surprised with everything at the hotel. The interiors, level of cleanliness and the well appointed rooms are all a steal at the price I got it. The staff at the front desk were also very courteous and were extremely helpful with every small request or query that I had. Around the hotel are plenty of food options, grocery stores and even a mall which made our stay in Madaba extremely comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone who wants to stay away from the hustle of a big city and have a good stay at a very reasonable price point.

The owner and receptionist were wonderfully welcoming, even by Jordanian standards and couldn't do enough to make my too short stay pleasant. Dinner was excellent and copious and they organised an excellent early breakfast for me as well. The hotel is very conveniently located for the sites in Madaba and was quiet. The room is spacious and very clean, the shower pressure good and the aircon/heating worked well. The hotel is clearly decorated with love and run by a lovely family - I would recommend it unreservedly.
