The staff were over-the-top, never before seen kind, patient, welcoming to us, while being professional and flexible. The place is beautiful and well equipped to keep us warm on the chilly Aizu nights, and the breakfast was culinary masterpiece. The staff were even kind enough to make us takeaway onigiri from the rice we couldnt finish. Overall an amazing experience, I recommend anyone to come here, and I thank all the kind staff for their lovely hospitality, cant wait to come back!
