Very nice hotel with large rooms and a really nice staff. We had 4 nights there and I think it was the right choice for the January time due to very good location - most of interesting sites are close enough and due to sauna in the room which helped to get warm after a cold walking day.

Amazing hotel with outstanding service! We were here on our honeymoon and the staff at desk upgraded our stay and also left a very thoughtful celebration card & sweets in the room. Spotless clean, great amenities and a short walk to Namba station. A wonderful choice to visit Kyoto. Loved the onsen, a rich western and japanese breakfast. We really liked the Kaiseki dinner included in the half-board.

Everything, our stay was amazing, the room was perfect for us, it had a good ambiance and vibe to it, extremely clean, lots of amenities were provided, hotel staff were really helpful booking us a taxi and arranging our suitcases to be transported to our next destination and good amount of space for a couple with 6 suitcases 😅 location was great too, walking distances to where we needed to go and the main strip of Osaka.

Staff was super friendly, explained the facilities in the room and how to use the AC. Room is HUGE, not only by Japanese standards. Shower is spacious. Toilet in separate room. A bit farther away from tourist attractions but close to Osaka main station (about 10 minutes walking distance) to take you around the city.

wonderful!:) Staffs are nice and helpful, everything so clean and well design, the room was perfect and the bed and pillow is massive (compare with the hotel in Osaka and Kyoto). there is a free coffee bar in the lobby. they will send you a travel guide before your trip and it was very helpful, we went to the restaurant they recommend and they are all amazing! 100% will come back.

The best location and convenient to travel around Kyoto and not to be crowed as the hotel at Kyoto station.I love this hotel. 7-11 is very close to the hotel. There are ice maker and microwave service as well.
