Concierge team of the hotel was very attentive, they recommended and booked many good places to eat for us. Breakfast is very good with many choices in both buffet and a la carte menu, including some Thai food. I had dinner at Koyo, teppanyagi restaurant at the hotel, it was also very good cooking and reasonable price.

Loved the amazing friendly and helpful  staff, who gave us good advice and discussions. Great location in central Gion in a quiet street but walking distance to almost anything.  Great variety and range of eating places and the river close by and of course as many temples as you need with cool peaceful gardens as well as museums. Nishiki Market is a short bus ride or interesting 20min walk.  The room was beautiful and fully equipped incl a small kitchenette, electric blackout curtains and lots of tech Breakfasts were copious and varied to suit most tastes, best scrambled egss in Japan. Amazingly bestiful designer chairs in a little sitting area and free laundry room was an unexpected bonus!

Excellent cozy beds and a wonderfully roomy and powerful rain shower.

Set 2.5 km from Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine, Zen Kyoto Apartment Hotel offers 3-star accommodation in Kyoto and has a terrace. The apartment was really nice, clean, spacious and warm. The bad was comfy. The kitchen is pretty basic and small but we still had a really nice stay.
