This was easily one of the best - if not the best - hotel experience I have ever had in my life! The staff was super friendly, took care of our baggage while we went sightseeing (they even offered us umbrellas!) and then came to get us in the evening to bring us to the hotel. The included dinner and breakfast were amazing, it really was a luxurious experience! The onsen accepted tatoos so another plus. The seaside view was beautiful even if the weather was not ideal.

Located right in front of Miyajima Aquarium and a 5-minute walk from Itsukushima Shrine's exit, Mizuhasou offers accommodations in a modern yet traditional décor. Free Wi-Fi is available at the entire building. Miyajima Ferry Terminal is a 15-minute walk away. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The traditional bath was also very good with the tubs. The japanese breakfast was amazing.

Located in the World Heritage Miyajima Island, Iwaso features Japanese-style accommodations with beautiful surrounding views. Guests can relax in the indoor and outdoor hot-spring baths and request for massages. A free shuttle is available from Miyajima Ferry Terminal, which is also a 5-minute walk away. We stayed in the older part of the ryokan and it was spectacular. The rooms have beautiful views and the onsen is heavenly. Staff were friendly and helpful, and our meals were delicious and perfectly presented. We had a very romantic stay and enjoyed being on the island at night. Do yourself a favour and wear the yukata - it's the most comfortable clothing I've ever worn. We would love to come back!

The ryokan features family rooms. - When we checked in, they explained in great detail what to visit on the island (including highest/lowest tide times for the O-torii gate) and the recommended paths for the top of Mt Misen - We opted for the half board solutions and both dinner and breakfast were among the best we had during our entire stay in Japan - Room was a traditional Japanese setting. Cozy and with a nice view on the outside park (with deers wandering around) 10/10 would recommend

This ryokan provides free private parking, free shuttle service and free WiFi. The ryokan features family rooms. Location, friendly and helpful hosts, amazing food. All in no particular order. Have always wanted to stay overnight on the island. Saw this deal, so happy. Despite the rain, everything was perfect. Was even lent an umbrella to borrow. Would love to return. Thoroughly and I mean it thoroughly recommend this place.

Bettei Fujiya features a hot spring bath and free private parking, and is within 26 km of Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park and 26 km of Atomic Bomb Dome. The accommodation features a spa bath and a private open-air bath. The accommodation offers a sauna, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. The room was very clean, spacious by Japanese standards, and offered serene traditional atmosphere blended seamlessly with modern conforms. There was a terrace with a beautiful view adding on to the comfort of the room. The dinner was traditional Japanese-style and for sure it should not be missed! The multi-course kaiseki meal was beautifully presented and very delicious, including fresh, local, seasonal ingredients. The hotel's location is good for visiting the Itsukushima Torii (Water gate) as it is just one station away from it but at the same time away from the madness of the island.
