The breakfast and bar service offered a good selection of food and drinks, everything was delicious. The staff spoke excellent English and explained everything clearly. We appreciated the provided slippers and yukata. The location is perfect for exploring the lake area and close to the Mt. Fuji panoramic ropeway, shops and restaurants. The service of transport to and from the Kawaguchiko station was also very convenient. I would definitely book this hotel again.
