Private parking is available on site. Extremely splendid experience. We did not expect much other than having a clean room per person and a big-and-comfortable public bath (Daiyokujo). On top of that we get free evening soba noodles, free drinks (unlimited apple juice) and free ice after baths, and free massage chair service. The whole place is also beautifully decorated. Not to mention that the room price is extremely low, that the place is at the city center, and close to the train station.

Located in Matsushima, 10 km from Shiogama Shrine, Matsushima Koumura features accommodation with a hot tub and a public bath. There is a private entrance at the ryokan for the convenience of those who stay. The ryokan provides rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Staff was very friendly and easy to talk to, and the inn made for a great stay. Also the sentō baths were a welcome addition and were nice for relaxing into! The area is calm (for which the only downside is that there isn't a lot of choice for restaurants around), close to transportation and good for sightseeing around Mastushima — we took the sightseeing ferry around the bay and had a great time.

They let me leave my luggage before check in time, and helped me find transport information. The place was clean and cozy, the room and bed comfortable. Conveniently located within walking distance to Nanukamachi station and the busy area. Definitely would stay again.

The private onsen was fantastic, the room was very clean and comfortable. English speaking staff, which is not obvious at all in Japan. Totally recommend this hotel

The apartment has a hot tub and room service. A lot of space in the annex, private, had its own parking and staff provided exceptional service.
